Description
The Craft Hole Saw is a bi-metal hole saw with a diameter of 57mm. It has HSS (high speed steel) teeth that have been set to a variable pitch to improve harmonic vibration and to have a better chip clearance. The hole saw can be used to cut into a variety of metals, including aluminum, copper, mild steel (sheet metal), stainless steel (sheet metal), zinc, wood, drywall (plaster board), and PVC. It is primarily used by electricians, plumbers, mechanics, and carpenters. The Craft Hole Saw has a knock out hole for plug removal and a depth of cut of 38mm. It has a long life when used properly and is lubricated with a lubricant tip that recommends using paraffin or beeswax when cutting into aluminum and using CT-90 or a general-purpose lubricating oil when cutting into steel.
